Key Largo Villa, Kawama K5, 3/3

Positive: Perfect, clean, great responsive owner

The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had the basic amenities. Access to the pool was easy. The location was convenient to local grocery stores and dive shops. We had a good time!

We absolutely loved our trip to the keys and our stay in this Villa. Everything was so clean and organized. The host was so lovely to speak to and helped us with our check-in process, because the gatehouse lady was making it difficult. The gatehouse guard let down our first impressions of our trip, unfortunately. However, the host, the house, and the facilities made up for that. If you plan on bringing a boat, make sure you take care of all of the paperwork, and you can store it for free in the boat yard on your trailer. There are raccoons though, so our boat got broken into lol! Don’t bother paying for the boat dock - it’s expensive and if you know how to haul a boat on a trailer, you won’t have a problem getting in and out of the water on the ramp - you just can’t do it at low tide. Overall, our stay was a 10/10, and we would book this house again!

Family vacation to scuba dive, snorkel and explore the FL keys. Positive: We had 6 adults and plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The property and area was great to walk around or explore with the bikes. The decor in the condo was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back!
