Key Largo Villa, Kawama N2, 3/3

Positive: Big Apartment with good facilities. Negative: Check inn wasn’t smooth. We didn’t get the PIN code for the door and host didn’t answer the phone. Went back to security gate. They reached host’s mother by phone. Talked with mother and she said that usually you don’t get the code if payment didn’t go through. They charged in advanced 1662 euros and night before over 900 euros. She probably checked the transfer again and noticed we had paid everything and gave us the pin code over the phone.

Wonderful Positive: Great decor, well equipped. Negative: Too late to check in, not allowed inside facilities until 3:00 pm. We understand they have to clean but at least allow us to enjoy pool, etc., until Townhouse is available.

The place is really nice and very comfortable Positive: They were flexible with us checking in a little bit earlier. Negative: I was charged twice for the stay, but it got resolved
